CUISINE, PASSION AND DEDICATION

When I think of cooking, I’m not sure I can describe how thrilling and gratifying it is to get my hands dirty. Certainly the guidelines for our restaurant are instinct and local culinary culture, elements that have always led us along a path of taste that we like to describe as a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The kitchen team and I share the passion for carefully selecting products and the strong desire for searching for flavours, allowing us to experiment continually with new dishes that will blend harmoniously in our menus, which we also change on a regular basis.

The dining room is attended by our professional and courteous staff, always attentive to the needs of all guests. The menu is always varied and changes according to the new products coming into season, the fish caught and fresh raw ingredients.

The Hotel Ideal kitchen favours short supply chains, bypassing large retailers as much as possible and favouring biodiversity, sustainability and above all the tradition of local products. The high quality of fresh products is guaranteed by the direct relationship with carefully chosen, local producers, with preference given to the authenticity of organic farming and local fishermen and farmers, in order to serve a piece of our tradition combined with a pinch of innovation and creativity.

Homemade pastries await our guests when they wake up. Breakfast, served in the terrace area of the garden, is always rich, authentic and distinguished by the flavours of home, just like finding your grandmother’s cakes on the table. Caressed by sunlight and touched by the sea breeze, the wonderful garden provides a typical Mediterranean awakening that envelops guests from the early hours of the morning. The pastry products, just like those in the restaurant, uphold the zero kilometre short supply chain.
