CUISINE, PASSION AND DEDICATION
When I think of cooking, I’m not sure I can describe how thrilling and gratifying it is to get my hands dirty. Certainly the guidelines for our restaurant are instinct and local culinary culture, elements that have always led us along a path of taste that we like to describe as a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The kitchen team and I share the passion for carefully selecting products and the strong desire for searching for flavours, allowing us to experiment continually with new dishes that will blend harmoniously in our menus, which we also change on a regular basis.
